Today on our 2016 Nissan Frontier, we'll be doing a test fit of the B&W Tow and Stow 3 ball mount for 2 inch hitches. This has a 9 inch drop and a 9.5 inch rise. It's rated at 10000 pounds. The part number is BWTS10050B. We've already got our ball mount installed, as you can see. Going to go ahead and go over a few measurements with you with here, so you can keep that in mind. Today on our 2009 Nissan Murano, we're going to be taking a look at the convertible dual-cushioned ball mount. It's adjustable, it has 1" incremental adjustments, and it goes from a 7-1/2" drop to a 9" rise. Its Part Number is CAV-UM. The first thing we need to get is going to be the hitch height off our vehicle. It looks like we're going to have about 15-3/8" on our hitch height. Now this is going to vary a little bit depending on tire size and inflation and things of that nature. But to begin our test fit, we're going to slide the shank of our ball mount right into the receiver tube of our hitch. As we slide it in, we'll want to be sure that we get the pin holes lined up. more

Today on our 2013 Nissan Frontier we'll be test fitting the Maxxtow adjustable height ball mount for 2-inch hitches with a 10-inch drop or 8-inch rise rated at 5,000 pounds, part number MT70067. Before we begin our test fit we'll firstly obtain the hitch height of our vehicle. This is the measurement from the ground to the inside top of the receiver tube. The hitch height for this vehicle is 17-1/4 inches. Keep in mind that this measurement may vary due to tire size, hitch style or after market accessories. We'll being our test fit in the drop position by sliding the shank of the ball mount into the opening of the hitch and securing it with the pin and clip. We can then remove the two pins here at the downward portion of the ball mount to adjust the ball mount platform to its lowest position. With the ball mount platform in its lowest position we can measure from the ground to the top of the ball platform getting a measurement of about 7-1/4 inches. We can now flip the ball mount over to the rise position and with the ball mount platform in its highest position we can again measure from the ground to the top of the ball platform getting a measurement of about 25-1/4 inches. Now, if your vehicle's hitch height matches our's, and your trailer's ride height is on or in between these two measurement in 1-inch increments, this should be an appropriate ball mount for you. Today on our 2012 Nissan Titan well be test fitting part number AMSC2. This is the cushion ball mount for two inch hitches from Convertible. This ball mount has a 3 inch rise and a 2 inch drop and is rated at 10,000 pounds. Now before we begin our test fit of the cushion ball mount well need to first get our hitch height. To do this well measure from the top of the receiver tube to the ground. On this truck that measurement is 23 inches. more

Andersen Rapid Hitch Ball Mount Review - 2012 Nissan Titan- Video
Today on our 2012 Nissan Titan well be test fitting part number AM3410. This is the Anderson Rapid Hitch ball mount with two chrome balls. Now this ball mount will tow up to 10,000 pounds and adjust in one inch increments from 5 inch drop to 6 inch rise. It also includes a chrome plated steel ball combo fitting both two inch and 2 5/16 inch balls. Now before installing our ball mount well first get our hitch height measurement. To do this well measure from the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground. more
